When documents are water soaked, they are in a fragile condition. Time is of the essence when your important documents are at risk of being lost or damaged forever. You must make quick decisions as to which can be recovered electronically, and which must be saved now! Water quickly deteriorates paper products. A quick pack-out and freeze drying is one of the first decisions to be made and the most important step to preventing further deterioration, and will allow to for recovery decisions to be made.

The faster you react following any type of damage to documents and books, the more successful your restoration efforts will be.

Immediate response is crucial to prevent environmental concerns or any long term residual effects from the damage.

We have added Thermal Infrared Camera Inspections to our Mold Inspection services. The tool is mainly used to locate and pinpoint sources of leaks and water intrusion in buildings eliminating the need for destructive source finding. The method is most efficient shortly after a leak occurred and less effective when no moisture remains in the building material. It can collect black and white or color thermal images that can be e-mailed to client or used for documentation in reports. Contact us for a demo or a free “Mold Information Seminar.”
